Lakewood police are looking for three juveniles accused of shooting a BB or pellet gun at a person driving along Monmouth Avenue.

The incident happened Saturday around 10 p.m. The victim told police that he was on Monmouth Avenue when he spotted three juveniles standing on the side of the road. The driver says that as he turned onto Second Street, he saw one of the kids point some type of firearm at him and heard a noise on the back of his car.

The intersection of Monmouth and Second is a heavily traveled area with several businesses lining the street.

There was reportedly a similar incident in the area of County Line Road and Brook Road. But police say they have not been provided with much information about the incident from those involved.
