Kmart is expected to close four more stores in New Jersey, with liquidation sales set to begin in a couple of weeks.
The locations in Wayne, Trenton, Wall and Somers will all close by mid-December.
Transform Co., the chain’s new parent company, recently announced 26 Sears and Kmart closings across the U.S.
The company was formed after Sears Holdings declared bankruptcy back in October 2018.
The company closed a Toms River store earlier this year, with other closings including Sears stores in Ocean Township, Toms River and Middletown – as well as a Kmart in Brick.
