Kite festival kicks off in Long Branch

Manta rays, dragons and octopuses flew high above Long Branch Sunday to help kick off the summer tourism season.
The second annual Kites at the Pier festival was held at Pier Village.
The event was sponsored by Pier Village and Sky Festival Productions.
Organizers say there will be another kite festival in Wildwood on Memorial Day
