Prosecutors in Bergen County say they have arrested a man in a suspected credit card scam and are still searching for two others.
They say Kenny Frias used card skimming devices to steal hundreds or thousands of credit card numbers.
Authorities say that Frias used the credit card numbers to buy alcohol for his restaurant Phebe Neighclub in Jersey City. Investigators believe Frias gave gas station attendants the card skimming devices to get the card numbers.
Frias was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, money laundering and trafficking in personal identification.
Investigators now need the public's help to catch the other men involved. They believe two men seen in surveillance photos made fraudulent purchases in Glen Rock.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office tip line.
