For a New Jersey man, the FIFA World Cup was the experience of a lifetime.

Juan Guanuna, 67, of Bloomfield, captured hearts around the world after a video of him enthusiastically trying on his FIFA volunteer uniform went viral.

Guanuna was invited to represent brands at the stadium, attend World Cup matches and be at the tournament's biggest stages.

In addition, Guanuna owns and operates a machine shop in South Hackensack.

His daughter reflected on the whirlwind experience in a heartfelt social media post this week, writing that she and her father will cherish the memories they made together for the rest of their lives.
