A West Orange woman is continuing her decadeslong mission to fight cancer, completing another Pan-Mass Challenge ride across Massachusetts.

Linda Sterling pedaled 177 miles over two days, carrying more than 800 ribbons in honor of individuals affected by cancer.

The annual ride raises money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, one of the nation’s leading cancer research and treatment centers.

Over the past 27 years, her dedication has helped raise more than $2.3 million to support cancer research and patient care, making a lasting impact in the fight against the disease.
