It was a win-win in Neptune City. Eighth graders in town were trying to raise funds for a school trip to Washington D.C. They did so by selling flowers.

The Neptune City Police Department bought some of these mums. The students then planted the flowers in front of headquarters.

Police then gave the students a tour of the station.
