Jersey City will expand free COVID-19 testing to all residents Monday, with or without symptoms.
Places like Hoboken and Bergenfield are doing the same.
As a state, experts say testing in New Jersey is woefully behind. The federal government sending help, which Gov. Murphy says will more than double current testing - which is still not enough.
Jersey City is also planning to offer antibody testing.
