The Jersey City Night Market kicked off on Saturday for a fifth straight year.
The event in Journal Square had 25 local vendors lined up -- from jewelry makers to thrift stores, to boutiques.
"We really want to bring diversity and represent our city,” said Jersey City Night Market owner Alysis Vasquez. “We have Venezuelan food, there’s lobster rolls, we just have like running the gamut and then we have really incredible vintage vendors and makers."
The Jersey City Night Market is every third Saturday at Journal Square from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
