Jersey Buzz: Summer concerts, festivities coming to New Jersey

It’s almost the Fourth of July and some towns cannot wait to celebrate as they are starting the festivities early. For example, Ridgefield Park is giving a free concert by the New Jersey Wind Symphony on July 3 and 4 at 7 p.m. at the amphitheater in Overpeck County Park on Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park.
Also, Essex County will hold a free summer concert series Monday starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Essex County Brookdale Park on Watchung Avenue in Bloomfield. Upcoming events will feature The Infernos and a fireworks presentation, La Caribena Orquestra, '80s vs. '90s and a jazz and food truck festival.
