A new proposed bill is aimed at encouraging New York businesses to open offices in New Jersey.
The bill aims to help North
Jersey residents who work in New York, as well as help commuters avoid the
congestion tax.
"It's about
affordability," says Assemblyman Chris Tully. "The affordability to go to
work, do your job and come home. You should not be punished with a tax to
provide for your family."
New Jersey commuters would save nearly
$20,000 a year.
