The Irvington community and religious leaders as well as family and friends gathered Wednesday night for a candlelight vigil in memory of the woman and three teens killed earlier this week.

The vigil took place in front of the home where prosecutors say at least two of the four victims were shot before the house was set on fire.

Latrisha Fields-Carruthers, 13, and 18-year-old Zakiyyah Jones died from gunshot wounds. The other victims have been identified as 40-year-old Candes McClean, a cheerleading coach, and her 18-year-old daughter Talia.

The prosecutor?s office and police say they are continuing their investigation.

Faheem Shabazz, community activist and president of Prison Reform Ministry, is spoke at the vigil. The Enough is Enough Coalition was also present. Participants pushed for love, peace and an end to violence.
