News 12 is putting the spotlight on seventh-grade English students and their teacher at North Plainfield Middle School in Somerset County.
They are involved with a writing project to benefit Best Friend Dog and Animal Adoption, which runs primarily on donations.
Students are raising money on campus and sending letters to Cranford businesses.
