An investigation is underway after an intense car crash in Howell that was caught on video.

The video shows a car driving along the left shoulder of Route 9 when the driver appears to run a red light.

The vehicle then strikes the divider and flips over.

No word yet on the condition of the driver, or what caused the crash.
