Wonder Bar – the iconic bar and music venue in Asbury Park is back open for business following a monthslong closure caused by COVID-19.

The people and dogs who have been going to the famed Jersey Shore bar for years say that the reopening couldn’t have come at a better time.

Wonder Bar opened in the 1950s and underwent many different changes. It opened in its current form in 2001.

In 2006, the bar started the world famous “Yappy Hour,” which allows guests to bring their pets to an outdoor patio to enjoy the atmosphere alongside their owners.
