Harry Mihas says his restaurant is not typically set up for outdoor dining, so he rented a tent, tables, and chairs – among other things.
The initial price is $9,000, and will cost him another $2,000 each month.
"I can't sit back,” says Mihas. “I got to open up. You know, it's mentally, it's draining me mentally. It's draining all my workers mentally. So, we need to open up. Plus, I miss everybody. I've been here every day, I see the same people every day. I haven't seen them in the past three months."
Mihas encourages all New Jerseyans to dine at local restaurants.
