Hunterdon bridges battered by Sunday's storm

Bridge damage from Sunday's storm was so bad that Hunterdon County officials have declared a state of emergency to fast-track repairs. More than four inches of rain fell in one hour during the storm.

Bridge damage from Sunday's storm was so bad that Hunterdon County officials have declared a state of emergency to fast-track repairs.
More than four inches of rain fell in one hour during the storm. A bridge over the Rockaway Creek in Tewksbury Township was damaged beyond repair and will need to be replaced.
Flooding also tore a huge chunk out of the Water Street Bridge and heavily damaged the Buffalo Hollow Road bridge in Lebanon Township.
