Hundreds of colleges and universities nationwide are
requiring COVID-19 vaccinations, and the University of Connecticut has become
the latest to join the list.
In New Jersey, students at Rutgers, Kean and Rider universities,
among others, must be vaccinated.
Princeton, Seton Hall and
NJIT are some requiring both students and staff to be vaccinated.
Rowan and Monmouth universities
are also requiring vaccines, but are allowing students to opt out due to the
vaccines' emergency authorization status.
