Holmdel's Board of Education and the teacher's union are divided over whether to keep schools open.
The board penned a letter in support of Superintendent Dr. Lee Seitz.
The board says leaders with the teacher's union are attacking Seitz.
Union President Denise King says there is not enough collaboration and community with the superintendent on the full-tile opening of schools safely.
