Police in Keansburg are looking for a thief who stole holiday decorations from several homes.
According to police, the thieves hit five houses in town and stole giant, inflatable decorations. In all, four blow-up Thanksgiving turkeys and one Santa Claus were stolen.
The family in one of the houses robbed tells News 12 New Jersey that they are so upset that they will not put up Christmas decorations this year.
Eight-year-old Mia Gosha has a question for the thieves. "Why'd you take our turkey?" she asks. "Was it for a scavenger hunt or a prank?"
The little girl even made a wanted poster to help find her stolen Thanksgiving decoration.
Keansburg police are looking at nearby home security footage to see if they can track down the thieves.
Anyone who might have any information about the thefts is asked to call police.
