Hoboken woman charged after dropping boyfriend’s dog out window

Animal cruelty charges were filed against a Hoboken woman who admitted to dropping her boyfriend's dog out of a window. It happened at an apartment on the 500 block of Marshall Drive in Hoboken. Police
