A group of firefighters in Hillside helped to bring a new baby into the world.

Hillside Fire Department Rescue 2 was called to the home around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday for a call about a pregnancy/childbirth.

Officials say the crew members were able to successfully help the new mother post-childbirth with no complications.

The department even posted a photo of the crew with the mother and new baby on its Instagram page.
