New Jersey residents that are out of work may want to consider a career change.According to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, there are 116,000 nursing jobs that need to be filled currently across the United States. The study also claims that the country will have a nursing shortage of 500,000 by 2025.The average salary for a nurse in the Newark-area is estimated to be $66,000.
