Warmer temperatures will linger around New Jersey over the next few days, as forecasters track potential storms into the weekend.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Dave Curren says the heat will be the main concern. He says that New Jersey still will not see any beneficial rainfall, despite some isolated storms in the forecast.
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy skies. Daytime highs in the upper-80s and low-90s. Potential for isolated thunderstorms. Overnight lows around 75 degrees.
SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy, with potential for some storms. Daytime highs around 91 degrees. Overnight lows around 76.
MONDAY: Mix of sun and clouds. Daytime highs around 95 degrees. Overnight lows around 77.
COMING UP: Temperatures cool slightly to the 90s for the upcoming week. Mix of sun and clouds expected.
