Talk about a happy early Father’s Day! Police officers in West Orange delivered a new baby right in a driveway.

Lyle Silverman, his wife Jordana and their daughter Camilla certainly have a story to tell. Mom was on her way to the hospital back on May 20, but Camilla didn't want to wait.

Officers Michael McClellan and Andrew Scioscia were first on scene at 4 a.m. when Jordana attempted to leave for the hospital.

She made it no further than her own driveway when both officers assisted in the birth already in progress in the parked car.

The officers returned Thursday to visit the family and brought gifts. The family is all doing fine.
