Restaurants in New Jersey will now be able to sell cocktails for takeout and delivery for good.
Gov. Mikie Sherrill signed a bill Friday to make pandemic-era rules on off-premises alcohol consumption permanent.
The bill gained bipartisan support. Sherrill praised the law, saying it offers small businesses another revenue stream.
The rules were originally set to expire on September 1.
