Gov. Phil Murphy has added Colorado to New Jersey's travel advisory list, and removed Arizona and Virginia.

Gov. Phil Murphy has added Colorado to New Jersey's travel advisory list, and removed Arizona and Virginia.
According to the advisory, anyone traveling into New Jersey "from a state with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents, or higher than a 10% test positivity rate over a seven-day rolling average, are directed to self-quarantine for a 14-day period from the time of last contact within the identified state."
There are 34 states and territories on the list.
