Gov. Chris Christie yesterday ordered all State buildings to fly flags at half-staff on Feb 21 to honor a fallen Marine from North Arlington.
United States Marine Lance Corporal Osbrany Montes De Oca was killed on Feb. 10 while supporting combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
The 20-year-old Lance Cpl. enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps shortly after graduating from North Arlington High School and was assigned to Camp Lejeune in North Carolina.
