Soccer fans in Harrison can now enjoy pork belly with Dijon and goat cheese croquettes with harissa at Sports Illustrated Stadium, formerly Red Bull Arena.
The menu—featuring prosciutto over prune mustardo on focaccia—showcases a twist on stadium fare by Executive Chef Maj Parvez. "The fans know good food. I want to respect that. And I also want to be creative," Parvez said.
The concession stand offers a cemita chicken sandwich and loaded tater tots, both $16 each, while Club SI provides exclusive dishes.
Parvez, who worked up from restaurants to MetLife Stadium, aims to blend staples like tenders and hot dogs with new options. "You and your wife come in, you wanna try something new," he said, noting the New York-New Jersey palate.
The stadium's naming rights shifted in a deal worth over $100 million.
The Red Bulls, MLS finalists last year, host Toronto on Saturday.
