A GoFundMe account was set up for a family in Verona after a man and his six-month-old grandson were struck and killed by an uprooted tree in their backyard on Monday.

Verona police and fire and rescue squad responded to the corner of East Lincoln Street and West Lincoln Street around 7 p.m. Monday, authorities said.
The fundraiser has raised over $37,000 to be used for memorial services.
