Despite weeks of unseasonably mild weather, it's back to winter coats for many New Jerseyans.
Gardeners across the Garden State are worried about the blast of cool weather wreaking havoc on their plants. News 12 New Jersey visited Morristown, where flowers are already in bloom.
Experts say that gardeners should only be concerned about flowers purchased from a greenhouse or grown indoors. Flowers planted in the yard, such as tulips and daffodils, should be OK.
However, trees that have started to bloom, like cherry blossoms and magnolias, may lose their flowers.
