A former Marine from Trenton has been sentenced to more than a year in jail after posting a terror threat on social media, prosecutors said.
Joshua Cobb, 24, wrote "I want to cause mayhem on the white community," and included details about carrying out a shooting in New Jersey.
He told police he planned to target a gym and grocery store in Robbinsville. The post was made in 2022.
Cobb joined the Marines in 2023 and was discharged less than a year later.
