Police: Man facing drug charges following compliance inspection

A former Dover police officer has been sentenced to four years in prison for the distribution of child sexual abuse materials, according to prosecutors.

Authorities say 37-year-old Anthony Kelly distributed over 100 illegal images via a Kik account from July to October of 2024.

Kelly will also be required to register as a sex offender and comply with parole supervision for life.
