A former Byram Hills high school student has been found guilty for his role in the riots at the U.S. Capitol in 2021.
Brian Gunderson, 28, who now lives in Pennsylvania, heard the verdict Wednesday in federal court in Washington, D.C., according to the U.S. Attorney's office.
In pictures taken at that Capitol, Gunderson could be seen wearing a football letterman's jacket for the Armonk-based school.
The jacket included the name of his high school and his former jersey number.
He was convicted of obstruction of an official proceeding and assaulting, resisting or impeding law enforcement officers.
Gundersen will be sentenced in January.
