New Jersey saw a great summer's day Thursday with sunny skies and temperatures in the 80s.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that temperatures are expected to cool for the rest of the day and clouds should begin to develop.
The overnight hours are expected to see mostly cloudy skies with temperatures cooling into the mid-60s.
Friday should see mostly cloudy skies and scattered rain showers. Temperatures are expected to reach 82 degrees.
Saturday may start off cloudy, but the skies are expected to clear later in the day. Temperature should reach the mid-80s.
Sunday and Fourth of July Monday should see clear and sunny skies with temperatures in the mid- to upper-80s.
