This week's Food Truck Friday featured a truck that's paving a new road of flavor.
Montclair-based Hunger Construction stopped by to show off their original and delicious stuffed baked potato offerings.
The truck is operated by Owner Aaron Rosenzweig, Executive Vegan Chef Sally Owens and Marketing Director Shegan Rubin.
