This week’s Food Truck Friday guest is Waffle de Lys.

Waffle de Lys is a unique waffle cart that serves authentic Belgian waffles and savory waffles in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

The food truck’s popular Belgian waffles, also called “Liege waffle,” are made with pearl sugar lightly caramelized on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Most of Waffle de Lys’ toppings are made from the finest natural ingredients imported from France and Belgium.
