The search continues for a boater who went missing along the Manasquan Inlet last week when his boat capsized after a fishing trip.
Divers with the New Jersey State Police were in and out of the water throughout the day Wednesday. They are searching for the remains of 21-year-old Derek Narby, of Brick Township.
The boat Narby was aboard flipped last Thursday while returning from the ocean.
Two people, believed to be family members, were rescued. The boat is a 30-foot Aquasport.
Several pieces of the boat have since been recovered, thanks to search efforts by drone.
A GoFundMe has been set up in support of Narby. The Brick Township Little League will also be collecting donations in honor of Narby, who was a former player.
