Just weeks after a nor'easter slammed New Jersey, parts of the state are dealing with another troublesome storm.Areas such as Newark, Rutherford and Secaucus were hit Friday with flash flooding. Several cars were stuck in water in Renaissance City. One driver said the water was up to his knees as he was inside his car. A good Samaritan helped some of those stuck by pushing their cars while driving in reverse.The National Weather Service has estimated up to 3 inches of water in parts of New Jersey and officials say there's been a handful of voluntary evacuations in Somerset County.On Thursday, President Bush approved emergency federal aid for six counties suffering from the nor'easter's effects. Federal funding will be available to those affected in Bergen, Burlington, Essex, Passaic, Somersetand Union counties.
