13h agoFire officials say one firefighter was injured putting out a fire in Garwood Saturday morning.
They say the fire began on Beech Avenue just after 7 a.m.
"We have slip and fall concerns on a fire like this,” said Garwood fire chief John Scalzadonna. “In a day like this, our hose lines are freezing. We have the DPW out here salting as much as they can.”
No word on how the fire started.
