A fire broke out overnight at an apartment building in the Belmont section of The Bronx. Video from Citizen App caught all the action. Washington Avenue was lit up with flashing lights and thick black smoke billowed onto the streets as firefighters worked to put the flames out. Officials say two people were injured.
