Police say a father and son were arrested for setting off an explosive that injured one person in Manville.

Thomas and Erich Kaiser set of the explosive on Saturday at a Fourth of July party on Saturday that sent a man to the hospital and caused widespread damage in their neighborhood.

Both Kaisers were released pending their first court appearance.
