Farmingville man accused of killing two 19-year-olds in crash arrested on new charge

Prosecutors say Frank Labidi violated the conditions of his release, driving with a suspended license just weeks after killing two 19-year-old girls behind the wheel.

Labidi is accused of killing Lindsey Parke and Alexa Duryea in January while driving recklessly on Old County Road in Hicksville.

Prosecutors allege Labidi was driving without a license three weeks after the deadly crash, operating a car sale business.

Labidi’s license was suspended, but he allegedly rented a U-Haul trailer multiple times, including driving to Massachusetts to pick up a car to sell in New York.

The judge said Labidi violated court orders and held him without bail.

Lindsey Parke’a family was at court and told News 12 they were relieved the judge remanded Labidi.
