Thousands of people came out to Asbury Park Sunday evening for a not-so-secret concert starring New Jersey's own Jonas Brothers.
The special performance on the Second Avenue boardwalk could be watched for free on the beach and it's part of MTV's VMAs, set to air tomorrow.
Workers stayed busy Sunday morning setting up the stage in anticipation of the North Jersey trio's visit.
Fans waited for hours on a line that wrapped around the street while singing some of the Jonas Brothers' hit songs.
Security says the group began in the Stone Pony and then made their way to the boardwalk.
Fireworks were also part of the event.
People say the trio make New Jersey proud.
