Family and friends have identified the victims of Monday's deadly house fire in Wayne.

The victims were identified by neighbors and on a GoFundMe page as Carlos Gutierrez, his daughter Katherinne Gutierrez, 34, and her boyfriend.

According to authorities, the fire broke out around 6:15 p.m. at the single-family home in the 100 block of Jackson Avenue.

Authorities say when the fire was over, investigators found the bodies of three adults.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for the family's expenses.
