Ex-Christie aide Matt Mowers 'dumbfounded' by traffic plot
A former aide to Gov. Chris Christie says he is "dumbfounded and disappointed" that a few rogue individuals shut down traffic lanes on the George Washington Bridge in an alleged political payback plot.
