A group of biologists, scientists and conservationists is coming together for a study of the Bronx River.
The study marks the first time different state environmental groups are teaming up as one unit to research and collect samples along the waterway.
Researchers say they hope to learn more about the conditions of the river, which has improved in recent years.
They hope to have their findings on the Bronx River complete sometime in the fall.
