The Englewood School District is offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus to help attract and keep educators in critical, hard-to-fill roles.

The bonus applies to multiple positions, including special education teachers and nurses.

The superintendent says new hires will receive the money after successful onboarding and continued employment.
