New Jersey residents in search of a hot deal on big screen TVs still have a short time to score one at the going out of business sale at Circuit City in East Brunswick.
Circuit City, like a number of other stores facing financial difficulties in this hard economic time, is set to close its doors for good. The company began liquidation in January, laying off some 34,000 workers. Many locations have already closed.
Some customers trying to score great deals at the East Brunswick Circuit City left empty handed. Grant Saff, of Highland Park, said the store was pretty cleaned out.
The East Brunswick store will be open through Sunday. The company has posted information stating no store will stay open any later than March 31.
