A man has been indicted for killing a mother and her 11-year-old daughter in a Lakewood crash, according to police.
Prosecutors say 43-year-old Raul Luna-Perez, of Red Bank, had a blood alcohol content score twice the legal limit at the time of the incident on July 26.
Seven charges, including aggravated manslaughter, have been filed against him.
